The content reflects my professional application and interpretation of information from key texts such as 'Chinese Herbal Medicine: Materia Medica' by Bensky, Clavey, & Stöger (2004), 'Formulas and Strategies, 2nd Edition' by Scheid, Bensky, Ellis, and Barolet, and 'Chinese Medical Herbology and Pharmacology' by John and Tina Chen, emphasizing important points for each herb.I have summarized and streamlined the information to facilitate learning and practical understanding of Chinese herbal medicine for both beginners and experienced practitioners and educators. Specific herbs from each category have been chosen based on their common use in current formulas, with categories divided into primary herbs (most effective and frequently used) and secondary herbs (less common but valuable).Additionally, I include relevant theoretical, diagnostic, and clinical information, along with treatment tips.
